“The Double Agent”
Chocolate ganache is a decadent mixture of semisweet chocolate, half and half, sugar and butter.
When it's poured over a cake it creates a glossy, smooth finish that tastes every bit as good as it looks.
We use a white chocolate ganache to create the trendy drip style cakes.
Ganache also goes “incognito”, as a filling between cake layers as our decadent chocolate truffle filling.
Our Chocolate Truffle filling is a staff & customer favorite!
While there's not a lot of variety in the uses for ganache, it's got to the best tasting addition to our toolbox!
