Classic Cakes has a long history of supporting the community through donations to fundraisers, silent auctions & events. Our community needs us now more than ever & we will continue to provide donation cakes during this time.
#CAKEANDKINDNESS PROGRAM
Our newest program is our #CakeandKindness program, launched at the end of 2021. 100% of the profits from all merch sold with this hashtag go to a select non-profit. Currently it is the Indiana Youth Group. To check out our #cakeandkindness merch visit our online store here.
Indiana Youth Group
Indiana Youth Group is an invaluable non-profit organization that IYG creates safer spaces to foster community and provides programming that empowers LGBTQ+ youth and magnifies their voices. You can learn more about the work they are doing directly on their website here.
Participation with Icing Smiles
Icing Smiles is a non profit organization that partners bakeries with families of terminally ill children to give the gift of an epic birthday cake. Icing smiles reaches out whenever there is a child in the area with a request & our team always delivers!
Cake it Forward Program
You can choose to support our small business while also supporting our community by donating a cake. You may make donations in any amount. 100% of donation is used to make cakes for nonprofit organizations & fundraisers.
In 2020 we had a record breaking year of community participation on our donation programs & we were able to donate 42 cakes & 3,300 cupcakes.
Our biggest project was to collection donations to cover the costs to supply the 3,000 staff members of Riley Hospital with cupcakes as a delicious THANK YOU for the community. General Mills & McFarling Foods contributed ingredients and we volunteered our time.

Donation Requests for Your Event
We love sending gift cards/ cakes for auctions for non-profit events and fundraisers as well. Our donation team reviews requests and approves as many as possible each month. We do reach our maximum allowance quite far in advance, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you are planning your event.
Discounts
While it's not really a donation, the spirit of giving & loving on our community is in our discount program as well. If you are in the military or a first responder just show us your ID and you get 10% every purchase, every time!
